The company has built a sound quality management system complying with ISO 22163:2023. We have passed the certification of EN 15085 for welding and EN 17460 for bonding of railway vehicles and components.

    Quality management is an endless process. We strictly control the six major factors ：Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment, Measurement (5M1E). A full set of professional tests are performed to ensure product reliability, including：

For metallic materials: tensile test, bending test, chemical composition analysis and hardness test，etc;

For welded joints: weld tensile test, PT , UT inspection and metallographic examination,etc;

For non-metallic materials: tensile test, bending test, climbing drum peel test and coating performance test.
