After years of growth, we operate a full range of professional production lines for carbon steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel components, covering cutting,
welding, machining, painting, and more. With high-level capabilities in non-metallic composite R&D and manufacturing.
Our core strengths center on 3 leading technologies : the industry’s most advanced Friction Stir Welding (FSW) , 3D metal stretching & superplastic forming, and
composite lightweighting. Products covers high-speed EMU /urban rail /metro cabs, large welded structural components, floor panels, interior assemblies, and more.
To enhance the market competitiveness of our products, we have introduced tens of units of advanced equipment, including 3/5-axis gantry CNC machining centers,
high-pressure water cutters, CNC laser/fiber cutters, large 3D 5-axis FSW systems, 3D stretching presses, large CNC superplastic forming equipment, 60-meter automated
welding machine, and CNC bending machine.
Meanwhile,we have also pioneered the use of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to optimize our operations, delivering marked improvements in resource
management and allocation efficiency.
